Ari is a SAG AFTRA, and Equity member, who defines creativity through the artistic expression of acting.
After graduating from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia with a B.A. in Film & Theatre Studies, Ari moved to Los Angeles to study Meisner Technique at The Ruskin School of Acting, thereafter, he studied at the Margie Haber Studio, which became the start of a growing and significant acting career. Included in his body of work, Ari has been featured on "The Young & The Restless" (CBS), “Homeland” (Showtime), “The Mentalist” (CBS), “Banshee” (Cinemax), and most recently David Fincher's "Mindhunter" (Netflix), AMC's hit series "TURN", and the lead role in the ABFF HBO short film competition finalist "GEMA" (HBO). Blended into his thriving acting career, Ari Blinder is gaining recognition as a writer and producer with his production "The Gerstein Report" which was featured at Cannes Film Festival, and also his multi award winning short film, "The Love Effect" which added writer, producer and actor credits. For the "The Love Effect", Ari partnered with Mental Health America.
Ari now lives in New York City, and with a consistent intention to grow, he continues to study, exercise and master expression, in part as a current student of Barrow Group Shakespeare Acting School, as well as a student of The Ailey School Contemporary Dance, and Salsa.
Ari, enjoys reading, and rock climbing, and is a firm supporter of Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America.
